Vendor Listing Policy

1. Vendor Eligibility & KYC
To list products for sale or rent on Rentgiri, vendors must complete the mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submitting valid government-issued identification and business registration documents. Rentgiri reserves the right to reject or revoke vendor status at its sole discretion.
2. Prohibited Items
Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing illegal, hazardous, stolen, counterfeit, or highly regulated items on the platform.
3. Listing Accuracy and Media
All product descriptions must be entirely accurate and transparent about the condition of the item (especially for rentals). Vendors must upload clear, high-resolution, original photographs of the actual item.
